CAP - Beer for the curious
As for many others our journey in the world of fermented beverages started in a basement, moved on to work on several larger breweries and ended up with working for one of the industrial ones.
With presenting CAP, we are closing that circle. Showcasing a new way of addressing the market, where we flee the Rheinheitsgebot on a mission to create unique and great tasting beers.
We want CAP to be the place for playfulness, experimentation and sheer joy of brewing beer.
The beer culture is a developing scene and we want to be a striving part of that. With our main focus being on the Nordic countries.
Our creative process is inspired from all existing beer cultures. But we wont get stuck in old recipes or defaulted techniques. We will travel far in our tasteful journey of beer. From lagers of the Czech pilsner style to Imperial Stouts inspired by the American "craft culture". However, always with our CAP-way of doing things.
So who might we be?
A master brewer, a driven beer and whisky importer and a bunch of audacious beer nerds with an ambition to spread a tasty craft-beer culture. Join us! ... Be curious!
At our brewery, located in Stockholm, we will create wonders on a daily basis. Nice words may seem, but it's the way we look at our products. Of course, you are welcome to visit us. At the brewery, we organize guided tours, tastings and brewery nights. Or late night Caps as we call them.
In addition to a standard range of products, we will- on irregular intervals release beer from our serier called; "I'm Curious".
I'm Curious, as the name implies, is beer for the curious kind. Curious as to what is different and exciting. Beer that is everything but mainstream. The beers will be released in very limited editions and be featured in 75cl bottles. Each beer will be a "one of a kind" brew that will most certainly not see the light of day again.
So jump on the bandwagon! Be curious!
